They focus on making meaningful connections with each child through eye contact, positive affirmations, and attentive listening. With small teacher-to-child ratios, we provide personalized attention that supports the emotional and cognitive development of children in a mixed-age setting. For infants, this includes frequent one-on-one interactions to promote secure attachments.
